ABSTRACT
Fungal lipase from Rhizomucor tauricus has been produced and partially purified using a promeint, precise, selective, and specific approach due to its intrinsic capacity to initiate a wide variety of reactions, even in the presence of water. The present investigation examined the impact of various physicochemical conditions, including pH, temperature, medium, and incubation duration, on the lipase production conductive. Rhizomucor tauricus produced the most lipase during submerged fermentation, with a maximum activity of 40.0 ml. This lipase was shown to be both thermostable and alkalophilic.
