ABSTRACT
In a dynamically changing world, there are also changes associated with the occurrence of certain diseases,
including cardiovascular diseases (CVDs). Undoubtedly, the features of risk factors (FR), pathogenesis, and
clinical course of CVD in young people differ from the elderly. Currently, effective measures for the primary
prevention of cardiovascular diseases in young patients, the non-use of resources to assess risk factors, as well as
less attention to these patients than to elderly patients, are one of the most acute problems. Early care, elimination
of risk factors, and proper correction of concomitant diseases can significantly improve the prognosis of the disease
in patients and maintain their performance, which is especially important at a young age.
Keywords: Myocardial infarction, young patients, risk factors.
