A comprehensive assessment, including clinical examination and plane analysis was conducted to devise a tailored treatment plan. The rehabilitation involved increasing the vertical dimension, followed by restorative procedures to restore the occlusal surfaces and aesthetics of the dentition. The outcomes demonstrated significant improvements in occlusal function, dental aesthetics, and patient satisfaction.
