ABSTRACT
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into MD Pharmacology education represents a transformative leap
forward, addressing critical gaps in traditional pedagogical approaches. This article provides an in depth
exploration of AI’s multifaceted applications, including case based learning, clinical decision making,
pharmacovigilance, and research efficiency. It critically examines challenges such as data bias, ethical dilemmas,
and implementation barriers while proposing acti onable strategies for ethical and equitable AI adoption. By
synthesizing real world examples, empirical evidence, and future trends, this review underscores AI’s potential to
revolutionize competency based training, preparing students for the complexities of modern healthcare and
pharmaceutical innovation.
