GREEN SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND BIOLOGICAL STUDIES OF 1-(3-NAPHTHALEN-2-YL)-5-ARYL-4, 5-DIHYDROPYRAZOL- 1-YL)-3-PHENYLPROP-2-EN-1-ONES

ABSTRACT

A novel new series of 1-(3-(naphthalene-2-yl)-5-aryl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)-3-phenylprop-2-en-1-one are synthesized from 1-(3-(naphthalene-2-yl)-5-aryl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)-ethanone derivatives react with Benzaldehyde by using ethanol as a solvent . The whole synthesis processes were monitored by TLC. The structures of new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectral data’s, elemental analysis and biological studies.
