ABSTRACT
Perfusion is the critical biological process involved in nutrients and oxygen delivery to the tissues. Advancement of MRI techniques has led to the discovery of perfusion MRI technique, which is sensitive to microvasculature and has been used in a variety of clinical applications. The purpose of this article is reviewing the perfusion MRI principles and their clinical implications.
