ABSTRACT
Aims and objectives of the study: To determine prospectively whether the initial administration of either epinephrine or lidocaine, improved resuscitation results in patients discovered in ventricular fibrilation that was refractory to an initial defebrillation attempt. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted at Govt Medical College Srinagar at anaesthesia and critical care department, as a prospective study on 20 patients from march 2018 to September 2018.
