ABSTRACT
Background: The problem of early diagnostics of myomas utera is rather actual and necessary. In the structure of gynecological diseases myoma utera is 35-65%. Significant role in susceptibility to tumors have histocompatibility system antigens - HLA. Objective: to study the histocompatibility antigens of the HLA-I class in the native women of Tashkent with the hysteromyoma. Methods: An immunogenetic analysis was made up to the antigens of HLA-I class in 177 native women of Tashkent with hysteromyoma. To define the serologic typing of the antigens of HLA-I class the purified lymphocytes suspension that was isolated by the method of A. Boyum (1968). HLA-phenotype was established at the microlymphocytotoxicity assay of P. Terasaki (Mittal K., Terasaki P., et al. 1968) [7] using the HLA-antiserum panel of the SRI of Hematology and the hemotransfusion, ―Gisans‖ firm in St. Petersburg. Results: A positive association at the risk of the hysteromyoma development with HLA-B8, B22 and A28 antigens was stated. The Cw5 antigen played the role of the addition markers. The HLA-A2, B35, Cw4 antigens were determined with a negative association. Conclusion: The immunogenotypic analysis revealed HLA-antigens of the HLA-I class, that are typical for the hysteromyoma in the native women of Tashkent. The results of analyses allows to determine the individuals with a high risk of the hysteromyoma development and to diagnose the disease at an early stage and the providing of the range of preventive measures directed to prevent the hysteromyoma development.
Keywords: hysteromyoma, tumors, HLA-system antigens and haplotypes.
