Abstract

A REVIEW ON PHARMACOLOGY AND TRADITIONAL USES OF HIBISCUS LINN

ABSTRACT

Hibiscus linn, is a large genus of herbs, shrubs and trees widely distributed in the tropical and subtropical region of the world. This plant have been source of medicinal compound. In ancient times, Rosa sinensis have been treat various diseases in human as well as animal. Hibiscus rosa sinensis is one of the miraculous medicinal herbs that is found to be a powerfull antigreying properties. This review focuses of the structural ascept of the plant along with the ecology, composition and some of its major application in scientific field.
