ABSTRACT
Ovarian cancer (OC) has one of the leading positions among oncogynecological diseases and is increasing year by year. This disease occupies the 11th place in the structure of oncological diseases of the Republic of Uzbekistan (according to the State Statistical Committee 's data for 2017), and the 3rd place with sexual transmitted diseases among women, disease rate is 2.0 per 100,000 population and mortality rate is 30%. Since the statistical data is a concern, problems with the treatment of this pathology remain topical. Another reason for the incidence of ovarian cancer is detecting it late. In 75-80% of the cases, the disease is detected in the III-IV stage, in 52% of the cases, the tumor goes out of the organs and spreads in the abdominal cavity, whereas the 5-year survival does not exceed 10-20%.[2,5]
