ABSTRACT
Low molecular bioavailability of curcumin is a major issue regarding natural pharmacological agents. To overcome
the barriers of bioavailability, many bio-enhancers have been used. Piperine is one among them. To make piperine
more effective in this stream, hydrolyzed piperic acid was prepared and checked for permeability of curcumin.
Keywords: curcumin, Piperine.
